the room was lovely and the location was fantastic. it was close to many attractions.
the bar was disappointing. a large tour group occupied it and the barman seemed unaware of our presence. we waited a long time without service and decided to leave.

Every staff member was kind and helpful. My room had design was beautiful, also spacious. The service I got was very good, like ten out of ten. Breakfast includes good food, also yummy choices.

The concierge staff were polite. They were helpful. Reception offered us an upgrade on our second stay. Every request sent via email had been answered. The personnel gave really good service, throughout the hotel.

breakfast disorganisation
it was noisy.. i didn't even enter the room and went straight back to reception. breakfast was also a dreadful experience with total disorganisation from all the staff.
